Positive Reflection: A journey of Amal Fellowship
Before the Amal Fellowship, I was just a common person as I had no clear purpose, no proper skills and nothing special. I joined this fellowship just for fun. But after joining this fellowship, I completely changed, my perspective of thinking this world changed. This fellowship changed my thought about study, time management and furnished my skills.
Amal fellowship journey was amazing. It just started from knowing myself by getting about my skills and goals and furnished them with their courses.
Knowing the purpose of life is another thing to be remembered. I didn’t know what is my purpose but fellowship opened ways to know. They gave us a lot of skills. Time management through pomodoro technique is another achievement I got through this fellowship. Every week changed team lead us to teamwork skills.
We all illustrated with many soft skills like Resume, cover letter building to work on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a professional.
Amal gave us manner to treat with other with kindness through smile, way of talking and through software like email.
Mock interviews also made us more convenient for further interviews as we didn’t know about interviews before. So It generated a way more comfortable for us to better perform further.
Through Amal academy I made a lot new friends. All are friends like family. They feel other’s pain and take on their selves as their own pain.
We are all growing in our on fields but the celebration of new job is same for everyone.
As the fellowship is going to end, it is going to make me more happy because I’ll perform better in my life than before and I’ll make everyone to proud of me.
As I want to mention about my Program Manager and Program Associate, they both are amazing, they taught us from their heart. They gave us time even late night and even on vacation. If they were not there, it was not possible to make us like comfortable as we are now. Just a love for both of them as well as for Amal Academy.
